Citroën arrives at the 31st edition of the São Paulo International Motor Show with a stand that looks more like a space voyage – orbital circles, warm colors, and a contagious energy evoke the solar system. The star attraction is the… Citroën Basalt Vision, displayed physically for the first time since its virtual launch.
A concept full of style and boldness.
The Basalt Vision is the sporty and robust concept version of the Basalt SUV-coupe. Compared to the commercial model, it features lowered suspension to convey dynamism and performance, as well as darkened details such as the chevrons, skid plate, and bar between the taillights that reinforce its striking presence. The headlights are LED, and the rear has gained robust lines with dual chrome exhaust outlets.
The visual impact is even greater thanks to the paint job. Amber Yellow, with touches on André RedCitroën’s exclusive color, featured on the rear spoiler, brake calipers, and other strategic points on the body. The black roof, “shark fin” antenna, and 18″ wheels complete the sophisticated look.

A playful and interactive environment
Inside the booth, the brand created the Ami Point, a suspended structure that houses the electric models. Citroën Ami Tonic and Ami Buggy “Orbiting” around the double chevron logo — it’s an installation that playfully blends art, design, and urban mobility.
To reinforce the connection with the brand’s events, Basalt Vision will be partially immersed in a ball pit, a direct reference to the activations carried out on the tours. Late afternoon, a party celebrating 10 years of partnership between Citroën and the public. There will also be giveaways and opportunities to win prize balls with tickets to the final show of the tour.
Test drives and connecting with the public
Between November 22nd and 30th, at Anhembi, visitors will be able to test-drive newly launched models: Citroën C3 XTR, Aircross XTR 7 Turbo 200 and Basalt Dark Edition Turbo 200. This experience reinforces the brand’s proposition: to unite style, innovation, and performance in accessible and inviting vehicles.
According to Felipe Daemon, Citroën’s vice president for South America, the stand was designed to convey “the boldness for which the brand is already known” and to bring the same vibrant energy of the Tardezinha shows to the automotive world.
