Interior space is the most frequently mentioned quality.. With a length of 4,320 mm and a well-proportioned rear seat.The Aircross manages to accommodate families with real comfort, something that direct competitors like the T-Cross and Pulse don’t deliver with such ease. The seven-seater version, available in the most complete variants, is a rare differentiator in this price segment.
Consumption also appears as a positive point.. Official figures indicate 10.6 km/l in the city and 12 km/l on the highway with gasoline.The numbers are consistent with what owners report in everyday use. For a car in this category, it’s a competitive result.

Citroën has also evolved technologically. The multimedia system features a 10-inch screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a standard rearview camera on mid-range versions. For those coming from older cars, the leap is considerable.

What bothers me and doesn’t appear in the brochures.
Here the scene changes tone a bit.. The interior finish is a frequent target of criticism.. There is a lot of hard plastic in the cabin, and with use, it doesn’t take long for the first creaks to appear, something that the AUTOO portal recorded as one of the most complained-about points by owners in their public reports.
The suspension also divides opinions. Contrary to what one might expect from a car that Citroën positions as “comfortable,” There are consistent reports of noises in the rear suspension, including in units with little use.. A car owner from Vitória (ES) reported the problem within the first few days. The dealership’s response was to return the car without a definitive solution.
The CVT transmission is efficient at constant speeds, but it produces the typical “elastic” feeling of this type of transmission during more spirited accelerations. It’s not a defect, it’s a characteristic of the technology, but those who aren’t used to it might find it strange.

Before going to the dealership, it’s worth asking yourself: What will you give up and what will you not give up? If refined finish and completely silent suspension are a priority, the C3 Aircross may disappoint. If space, affordability, and everyday practicality matter more, it’s among the most serious options in the segment.
